Just a few days before the first snowflakes hit the ground in Munich, we had the chance to spend another beautiful night with a bunch of lovely guests at Mr. Fulano and Mrs. Fulanita’s brandnew place. So the dinner was all in the mood for the coming season: autumnal, cosy, packed with soul food and earthy tastes, velvety wines, good conversations and laughter.
The menu that Mr. Fulano had planned for the night was made up of:
*Thyme, red beet & prosecco welcome drink*
**Red beet mousse appetizer**
**Ravioli duo with red beet, goat cheese, pumpkin, plum, beluga lentils & sage**
**Pork roast, white polenta, autumn vegetables, mushrooms & herb pesto**
*Passionfruit soufflé with homemade red beet & chocolate ice cream*
